"Company," "we," "our," or "us" refers to AnnaNiki Inc. "Client," "you," or "your" refers to any person or entity that engages with AnnaNiki Inc. for services. "Services" refers to all landscaping, lawn care, garden care, irrigation, hardscaping, and related work performed by AnnaNiki Inc.

2. Scope of Services

AnnaNiki Inc. provides landscaping, garden care, and lawn care services, including but not limited to landscape design and installation, lawn care and maintenance, irrigation system design and installation, drainage and grading solutions, environmental restoration, soil and sod installation, paver installation, and fire pit installation (available upon request). All services are subject to availability and may vary by location.

3. Service Agreements & Free Offers

All new clients receive a free consultation before any work is performed. If the client agrees to our quote and proceeds with service, the first service is free. AnnaNiki Inc. offers a lifetime guarantee: If you are ever dissatisfied with our work, your next service is free. The free service is non-transferable and must be used for the same property listed in the original agreement. Promotions and offers are subject to change or cancellation at any time without prior notice.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments can be scheduled through our official phone number or online calendar. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide timely cancellation may result in a fee at the company's discretion. If a scheduled service cannot be completed due to weather conditions, equipment failure, or unforeseen circumstances, the appointment will be rescheduled at the earliest availability.

5. Payment Terms

Payment for services must be made in full upon completion unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay. Recurring services may be set up on a prearranged billing schedule. Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension of services.

6. Liability & Warranty

AnnaNiki Inc. is not responsible for pre-existing conditions on the property, including poor soil quality, drainage issues, pest infestations, or structural concerns that may affect the outcome of our services. We guarantee the quality of our services, but we do not guarantee plant survival due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, improper care after installation, or natural disasters. Clients assume responsibility for following post-care instructions provided by AnnaNiki Inc. Any claims for damage to property must be reported within 48 hours of service completion. AnnaNiki Inc. will assess claims on a case-by-case basis.

7. Use of Images & Marketing

AnnaNiki Inc. does not claim ownership of any past projects unless explicitly stated. Any images displayed on our website or promotional materials are for illustrative purposes only and do not necessarily represent our completed work. Clients agree that AnnaNiki Inc. may take photographs of completed projects for marketing purposes unless requested otherwise in writing.

8. Service Areas

AnnaNiki Inc. proudly serves residential and commercial clients in Pensacola, FL; Gulf Breeze, FL; Lillian, AL; Perdido Beach, AL; and Orange Beach, AL. Clients outside these service areas may be subject to additional charges or may not be eligible for certain promotions.

9. Indemnification

By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold AnnaNiki Inc., its employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of our services or any breach of these terms.

10. Modifications & Termination

AnnaNiki Inc. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate an agreement at our discretion if a client fails to adhere to our policies.
