4. Scheduling & Cancellations

- Damage Claims: Any claims for damage to property must be reported within 14 days of service completion. Claims submitted after this period may not be honored.

7. Use of Images & Marketing

- Ownership: Clients retain ownership of project images unless otherwise agreed.

- Illustrations: Photos on our website are illustrative and may not reflect actual completed work.

- Promotional Rights: Unless you notify us in writing, we reserve the right to photograph finished projects for marketing purposes.
